What is CrossFit Methodology?
All workouts of the day (WOD) are designed and coached by a trainer. The trainer leads clients through increasingly athletic movements, guiding people of all ability levels toward improved health and athletic ability. Rather than trying to train specific muscles or cardio, we train for better movement. We’ll first teach you the movements during personal training sessions and then up the intensity. In fact, our workouts will make you stronger and more fit than you can imagine.
The goal of movement training is critical to quality of life: to maintain or restore abilities such as lifting, reaching, agility, stepping up, squatting (i.e. sitting and standing), and running. This is also known as “Functional Fitness”. Our safe methods of developing strength, range, and flexibility allow our clients to exceed their expectations. This training works whether you need to restore lost movement or if you need to increase an already high level of fitness.
